Jackie is a seasoned professional experienced in serving high-growth technology and security companies. As Founder of Fenn Financial Services she serves as Fractional CFO to Auguria among other early-stage companies. Prior to starting her own business Jackie served as Director of Accounting for Cylance, where she guided the company from Series D through acquisition by Blackberry for $1.4B. Preceding Cylance Jackie held Technical Accounting, M&A, and Controller roles for 3M’s Security and Safety division subsequent to leaving public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jackie is a graduate of San Jose State University and a licensed CPA in California.
