Keith Palumbo

Working across different verticals, Keith has been at the nexus of complex data driven investigations and technology for over 30 years. After running the technical and forensic side of a multi- billion dollar theft of trade secrets case, Keith and Chris co-Founded Skout forensics which was acquired by Cylance in 2012.
At Cylance, Keith operated in a 360 degree cross-functional executive role. Keith was directly responsible for building and maintaining revenue contracting capacity and deal continuity from inception through hypergrowth and exit, while also backstopping the direct and indirect sales channels through multiple iterations of leadership. He additionally, established company IP strategy, built and staffed procurement, legal, HR functionalities, structured subsidiaries to facilitate global expansion, engaged in multiple internal and external compliance and certification cycles, BCDR scenario training, and risk management strategies.
Before re-engaging with Chris and founding Auguria, Keith invested in and advised several early stage companies. Keith is a graduate of Syracuse University and Cornell Law School.
